A few places my work calls home

Product Marketing 🤝 Content Marketing
Product-led content is a force multiplier; it’s the key to scaling customer interactions with sales, CX, and support teams. For 10+ years, I’ve led educational content programs that improve close rates, boost activation metrics, reduce support tickets, and ultimately drive revenue.
Every piece of product-led content is part of a bigger user journey. My goal is to optimize how the pieces fit together to empower end users and internal teams.
A little bit more about me
An FAQ section? Really? Is that necessary?
No, but they are one of my favorite web page components. (Yes, I have a top 3!)
What counts as product-led content?
I tend to focus on the scaled educational hubs on your site, such as the help center, blog, resources page, and academy. At the start of any new consulting job, however, I’ll consider the entire system of product education on your site to figure out the biggest opportunity to hit your goals.
How do you feel about AI for content creation?
Cautiously curious. I don’t think it’s a great writer. I do think it’s a helpful editor sometimes (sometimes being the key word), and it has been a useful research partner. If I use AI in any step of my process, I verify all sources and facts
What are your top 3 favorite product marketing website components?
- An un-gated, interactive demo. (Just show the people what your software does! Gating it just creates low-intent, slow-to-convert leads.)
- A logo wall that links to customer testimonials. Logos mean almost nothing these days, but if you can link them to actual customer proof? *chef’s kiss*
- An FAQ section like this. It’s not sexy, but is informative and a very clear way to address objections and FAQs head on.
