For 10+ years, I’ve led educational content programs that improve close rates, boost activation metrics, reduce support tickets, and drive revenue. Every piece of product-led content is part of a bigger user journey. My goal is always to optimize how the pieces fit together to empower end users and internal teams.

Gather’s support team was facing a rising number of tickets where customers were asking basic, repetitive questions. By creating new help docs, archiving old ones, and improving the way the Help Center was organized, we decreased ticket volume and increased how often help docs were shared by support agents.
