In 2025, Gather spun out an AI tool called Grapevine. I supported early activation and adoption through tutorials and customer stories, which eventually led to a successful team acquisition by Figma.
From landing pages and pilot guides to customer stories and tutorials, I've created almost every type of content along the customer journey.
I led the content strategy and execution to improve Gather's help center content before implementing AI agents trained on the content. The outcome? 33% fewer support tickets.
